A full day dedicated to the art of goat's cheese. From fresh chevre to aged rounds, you'll learn the techniques that make goat's milk cheese so distinctly its own thing.
This workshop goes deep on a single milk source. You'll learn how the fat structure of goat's milk changes the way cheese behaves, and how to work with that rather than against it.
You'll make fresh chevre, aged rounds, and a selection of dressed and flavoured styles. By the end you'll understand exactly why goat's cheese tastes the way it does and how to recreate it at home.
